1. Basic information

Your personal data is collected via the pelek.pl store and/or directly by us. In both cases, we may be the data controller.

We process the following personal data:

  • first and last name, contact details (email, phone number, address)
  • data related to invoicing and bank account (for accounting purposes)
  • data originating from communication with us (your questions, answers, correspondence)

⚠ We do not process special categories of personal data.


2. For what purpose do we process personal data and what is the basis for processing

2.1 Performance of the contractual relationship and related legal obligations.
We process data to perform the sales contract and related obligations (delivery of goods, accounting, complaints, returns).

  • Data: first name, last name, contact details (address, e‑mail, phone), billing data.
  • Storage: for the duration of the contract + 4 years.
  • Accounting documents are stored for up to 10 years.
  • Data may be transferred to authorized transport companies and banks.

2.2 Card payment.
Card data is stored by payment operators – the administrator does not have access to it.


2.3 Order fulfillment.
When fulfilling the order, we cooperate with external providers (carriers, etc.) who receive your data solely to perform the contract.


2.4 Communication with customers, complaints.
Processing is based on your consent.

  • Storage: up to 4 years after handling the inquiry/complaint.

2.5 Reviews.
We publish your ratings and reviews based on consent.

  • Storage: up to 5 years.

2.6 Customer reviews.
It is possible to evaluate products and shopping experiences (also through other processing entities).


2.7 Legal obligations.
Data may be shared with public authorities based on legal regulations or court proceedings.


2.8 Age restrictions.
For age-restricted products, we verify the buyer's age using identification services.


2.9 Digital products.
In the case of purchasing digital products, we process data necessary for delivery and updates.


3. Communication

3.1 Emails we may send:

  • delivery notifications, delivery date updates
  • tax documents, invoices
  • return labels

4. Processors

Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners (processors) or third parties if required by law.
We use only verified processors from the EU or countries providing an adequate level of protection (in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR). All are contractually obliged to maintain confidentiality.

  • Order fulfillment: Pelek.eu, BaseLinker
  • Accounting: ABRA
