1. Basic information

Your personal data is collected through the pelek.pl store and/or directly by us. In both cases, we may be the data controller.

We process the following personal data:

  • first name and surname, contact details (e-mail, telephone number, address)
  • billing and bank account details (for accounting purposes)
  • data arising from communication with us (your questions, replies, correspondence)

⚠ We do not process special categories of personal data.


2. The purposes for which we process personal data and the legal basis for processing

2.1 Performance of the contractual relationship and related legal obligations.
We process data to perform the sales contract and related obligations (delivery of goods, accounting, complaints, returns).

  • Data: first name, surname, contact details (address, e-mail, telephone), billing details.
  • Storage: for the duration of the contract + 4 years.
  • Accounting documents stored for 10 years.
  • Data may be transferred to authorized transport companies and banks.

2.2 Card payment.
Card data is stored by payment operators – the data controller does not have access to it.


2.3 Order fulfillment.
When fulfilling an order, we cooperate with external suppliers (carriers, etc.) who receive your data solely for the purpose of performing the contract.


2.4 Customer communication, complaints.
Processing is based on your consent.

  • Retention: up to 4 years after the inquiry/complaint has been handled.

2.5 Reviews.
We publish your ratings and reviews on the basis of your consent.

  • Retention: up to 5 years.

2.6 Customer reviews.
Products and purchasing experiences may be rated (also through other processors).


2.7 Legal obligations.
Data may be disclosed to public authorities on the basis of legal provisions or court proceedings.


2.8 Age restrictions.
For products with age restrictions, we verify the buyer's age using identification services.


2.9 Digital products.
For digital product purchases, we process the data necessary for delivery and updates.


3. Communication

3.1 Email messages we may send:

  • delivery notifications, delivery date updates
  • tax documents, invoices
  • return labels

4. Processors

Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners (processors) or third parties if required by law.
We use only trusted processors from the EU or countries providing an adequate level of protection (in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR). All are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality.

  • Order fulfillment: Pelek.pl, BaseLinker
  • Accounting: ABRA
