  2. Customer service availability. We provide customer service at the above telephone number and e-mail address on business days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  3. Time for processing a request or complaint. Your requests will be processed no later than within 2 business days (48 hours; this period may be extended by public holidays and days off applicable in the Czech Republic).


Right to Withdraw from the Sales Contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods (or the last product, batch of the shipment, or last item in the case of a sales contract covering several goods from a single order or the delivery of goods in several batches or parts).

  2. Where can you exercise your right of withdrawal? If you decide to withdraw from the sales contract, notify us through your user account. You may also contact us by e-mail at info@pelek.pl or by telephone at +420774242766. You may withdraw from the sales contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail). You may use the sample withdrawal form provided, but this is not mandatory.

  3. Address for returning the goods. A return label is usually available in your user account on pelek.pl. If we have not provided a return label, please send the goods to: PELEK Distribution s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov. Please also contact us by e-mail at: info@pelek.pl or by telephone at +420774242766 to confirm your right to return the goods and agree on an individual procedure.

  4. Withdrawal period. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of your intention to withdraw from the sales contract before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Sales Contract

  1. What happens after withdrawing from the sales contract? If you withdraw from the sales contract, we will refund you, without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal, all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us).

  2. Refund. We will issue the refund using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise; in no event will you incur any costs in connection with the refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

  3. Obligation to return the goods. The goods must be sent back or handed over without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the sales contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before it expires.

  4. Costs of returning the goods. The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. If the value of the returned product exceeds EUR 40 excluding shipping costs (i.e. from EUR 40.01), we cover the cost of return shipping. You bear the direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned by ordinary post.

  5. Reduction in the value of the goods. In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, you are liable for any reduction in the value of the returned goods if it results from handling them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. If damaged or incomplete goods are returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct appropriate compensation from the refundable amount. We will assess each case individually to determine the extent of the damage, the reduction in value, and the appropriate amount to be deducted. We will inform you of these actions by e-mail.

  6. No right to withdraw from the sales contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the General Terms and Conditions.
