  3. Time to process a report or complaint. Your reports will be processed no later than within 2 working days (48 hours; this time may be extended by non-working days and public holidays applicable in the Czech Republic).


Right of withdrawal from the sales contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods (or the last product, shipment batch, or last piece in the case of a sales contract covering several goods from one order or delivery of goods in several batches or parts).

  2. Where can you exercise the right of withdrawal? If you decide to withdraw from the sales contract, inform us via your user account. You can also contact us by e-mail at shop@pelek.eu or by phone at +420774242766. You can submit the withdrawal from the sales contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

  3. Return address. The return label is usually available in the user account on the pelek.eu website. If we did not provide a return label, please send the goods to: Principal Elektrik s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov. Please also contact us by e-mail at shop@pelek.eu or by phone at +420774242766 to confirm the right to return the goods and arrange an individual procedure.

  4. Withdrawal deadline. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the information about your intention to withdraw from the sales contract before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal from the sales contract

  1. What happens after withdrawal from the sales contract? In case of withdrawal from the sales contract, we will refund you, without undue delay – no later than within fourteen days from the day we received the information about your withdrawal – all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a different delivery method than the cheapest standard method offered by us).

  2. Refund of funds. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed; in no case will you incur any costs related to the refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of their return – whichever occurs first.

  3. Obligation to return the goods. The goods must be sent back or handed over without undue delay, no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us about the withdrawal from the sales contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before its expiry.

  4. Return shipping costs. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer. If the value of the returned product exceeds 40 EUR excluding shipping costs (i.e., from 40.01 EUR), we cover the return shipping costs. You bear the direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot be sent back by ordinary mail.

  5. Reduction in the value of the goods. In case of withdrawal from the sales contract, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the returned goods resulting from handling them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and properties. If the returned goods are damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to deduct appropriate compensation from the refundable amount. Each case will be assessed individually to determine the extent of damage, value reduction, and the appropriate deduction amount. We will inform you about these actions by e-mail.

  6. No right of withdrawal from the sales contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the General Terms and Conditions.
