Goods Return Policy

PELEK Distribution s.r.o. regarding the sale of goods through the online store operated by pelek.pl under the name PELEK Distribution s.r.o.

  2. Customer service availability. We provide customer service at the above telephone number and e-mail address on business days from 9:00 to 17:00.

  3. Time for handling a request or complaint. Your requests will be handled no later than within 2 business days (48 hours; this period may be extended by non-working days and public holidays applicable in the Czech Republic).


Right to withdraw from the sales contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods (or the last product, batch of shipment or final item in the case of a sales contract covering several goods from a single order or delivery of goods in several batches or parts).

  2. Where can you exercise your right of withdrawal? If you decide to withdraw from the sales contract, inform us through your user account. You can also contact us by e-mail at: info@pelek.pl or by telephone at +420 705 724 353. You may withdraw from the sales contract by submitting an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

  3. Goods return address. A return label is usually available in your user account on pelek.pl. If we have not provided a return label, please send the goods to: PELEK Distribution s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov. Please also contact us at info@pelek.pl or by telephone at +420 705 724 353 to confirm your right to return the goods and arrange an individual procedure.

  4. Withdrawal period. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send information about your intention to withdraw from the sales contract before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawing from the sales contract

  1. What happens after withdrawing from the sales contract? If you withdraw from the sales contract, we will refund you, without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received information about your withdrawal, all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us).

  2. Refund. We will issue the refund using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise; in no event will you incur any costs related to the refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

  3. Obligation to return the goods. You must send or hand over the goods without undue delay, no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the sales contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before it expires.

  4. Costs of returning the goods. The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. If the value of the returned product exceeds 40 EUR excluding shipping costs (i.e. from 40.01 EUR), we cover the return shipping costs. You bear the direct costs of returning goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned by regular post.

  5. Reduction in the value of the goods. If you withdraw from the sales contract, you are liable for any reduction in the value of the returned goods resulting from handling them in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. If damaged or incomplete goods are returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct appropriate compensation from the amount to be refunded. We will assess each case individually to determine the extent of the damage, the reduction in value and the appropriate deduction amount. We will inform you of these actions by e-mail.

  6. No right to withdraw from the sales contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the General Terms and Conditions.
