Reactive power controller RGT-12SVC (TENSE ) is a fully automatic device for optimal switching of compensation steps.

Digital processing of values measured by the regulator ensures high accuracy in assessing effective voltage, current, and power factor.

Device installation is fully automatic - the regulator itself determines the size of the individual connected compensation steps. These parameters can also be entered manually directly.

The controller switches compensation steps on and off, thereby regulating reactive power with a minimal number of switching operations. At the same time, the controller considers the even load distribution of individual steps and preferentially switches those steps that have been disconnected from power supply for the longest period and for which the residual charge is minimal. During the regulation process, compensation steps are continuously monitored in parallel – failures and value changes are detected, temporarily disconnected steps are periodically tested and reconnected to the regulation process if necessary.
